    Return Period: Submit a return request within 30 days of purchase.
    Product Condition: All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of used or damaged items.
    Customization: Personalized or custom products (such as preserved flower gift boxes made to your specifications) are not returnable unless there is a quality issue.
  2. Refund Process
    If your return request is approved, we will process your refund according to the following process:

    We will provide you with a return address and instructions. Please return the product along with its original packaging and all accessories, ensuring the package is secure.

  3. Shipping Costs
    The shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
